Scheduled Vehicle Works Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality works to a high standard for all our customers in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our suppliers, but other customers too.

Vehicle Works Cancellation

When you book a time slot for your vehicle, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to other customers. Please call Mick or Alan as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• High-demand slots (6am-8am and 4pm-6pm) require advanced notice to free up availability.

How to Cancel

Call us on 07578 839293 during business hours (6am-6pm), or message us via WhatsApp at +44 7578 839293. Outside of these hours, there is a manned answerphone service which you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations / No Shows

• Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows incur a minimum £60 fee.
• Missed statutory inspections (e.g., 6-weekly safety checks) will be charged in full, excluding kit.

Unavoidable No Shows

In the event of a true emergency, cancellation costs may be waived. Evidence must be provided within 72 hours, otherwise costs will be enforced.

3rd Party Fees

If a 3rd party (MOT, Brake Test, Smoke Test) has been booked, customers remain liable for these costs even if cancellation occurs.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected through our website is used solely to provide services, respond to enquiries, and improve your experience.
